DATA TRANSFER CONSENT FORM

I, as a customer of Seven Figures Club (hereinafter referred to as "Webshop"), hereby give my consent for the transfer of my personal data as follows:

1. Purpose of Data Transfer:

For the completion of the purchase and the issuance of the invoice, the Webshop will transfer personal data to the following third parties:

  • Stripe: Personal data (such as name, email address, and order information) will be transferred to the Stripe payment provider for processing the payment transaction.

  • KBOSS.hu Kft. (Számlázz.hu): Personal data (such as name, address, and order details) will be transferred to the Számlázz.hu system for issuing the invoice.

2. Types of Personal Data Transferred:

The following personal data may be transferred:

  • Name

  • Email address

  • Shipping address (if necessary)

  • Order information

  • Payment data (transferred to Stripe but not stored by the Webshop)

3. Legal Basis for Data Transfer:

The transfer of personal data is based on the following legal grounds:

  • Performance of the contract: Data processing and transfer are necessary for the completion of the purchase, the issuance of the invoice, and the processing of the transaction (EU GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).

  • Compliance with a legal obligation: Data transfer is required for issuing invoices and complying with tax regulations (EU GDPR Article 6(1)(c)).

4. Customer Rights:

The Customer has the right to:

  • Access: Request information about which personal data is transferred to third parties by the Webshop.

  • Rectification: Request the correction of any inaccurate personal data.

  • Deletion: Request the deletion of personal data that is no longer necessary for the transfer or if consent is withdrawn.

The above rights can be exercised by contacting the Seven Figures Club customer service channel.

5. Withdrawal of Consent:

The Customer has the right to withdraw consent for the transfer of personal data at any time, provided that it is not necessary for fulfilling the contractual obligations or legal requirements. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of data processing conducted prior to the withdrawal.
