DIGITAL LICENSE AGREEMENT

This License Agreement (hereinafter: "Agreement") is made between Kertész Építész Stúdió Kft. (hereinafter: "Licensor") and the Licensee (hereinafter: "User") under the following terms and conditions.

1. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The Licensor hereby provides the User with a digital product, the Life Planner (hereinafter: "Template"), which is available exclusively in electronic format.

2. LICENSE GRANT

The Licensor grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Template under the terms of this Agreement:

  • Purpose of Use: The Template may only be used for personal, non-commercial purposes.

  • Mode of Use: The User may download, install, and use the Template within the Notion application for personal use. The User is not permitted to copy, distribute, sell, modify, adapt, or publicly display the Template.

  • Terms and Restrictions: The Template is not transferable to third parties and may not be sold or distributed in any form. The User may not resell or lease the Template to any third party.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

The Template is owned by the Licensor, and all intellectual property rights, including copyright and other proprietary rights, are held by the Licensor. The User does not acquire any rights except for the limited use granted by this Agreement.

4. LICENSE TYPE AND SCOPE

  • The License granted is for personal use only and is granted exclusively to the User.

  • The License is non-transferable, meaning the Template may not be transferred to other individuals or organizations.

  • The License provides the User with the right to use the Template for an indefinite period, starting from the download, as long as the User does not violate the terms of this Agreement.

5. PROHIBITIONS AND OBLIGATIONS

The User agrees to:

  • Not copy, resell, distribute, or share the Template with third parties.

  • Not use the Template for commercial or public display purposes.

  • Not modify, alter, or reverse engineer the Template, nor create derivative works.

  • Not use the Template for illegal, unethical, or unlawful purposes.

6. WARRANTY AND LIABILITY

  • Warranty: The Licensor does not provide any warranty that the Template will work flawlessly in every environment or on every device.

  • Limitation of Liability: The Licensor shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from the use of the Template.

7. LICENSE TERMINATION

The Licensor reserves the right to revoke the License at any time if the User violates the terms of this Agreement. Upon revocation of the License, the User must delete and destroy all copies of the Template.

8. CONFIDENTIALITY

The User agrees to keep confidential any information and data related to the Template that the Licensor treats as confidential. This obligation will remain in effect even after the termination of this Agreement.

9. TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT

In the event of termination by either party, the User is required to delete all downloaded or stored copies of the Template from their devices.

10. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Hungary. In case of any disputes, the competent court in Budapest will have jurisdiction.
